Me and my cousin love going here, love the trails and the camping and the waterfalls and that its pet friendly..... very beautiful place will keep going to this beautiful place.
The climbing is phenomenal and there's lots of it! We camp here quite a bit too, we've done both primitive & car camping- both nice! The fiery gizzard trail is super for trail runs/hiking. The waterfall is beautiful & great pool below for swimming.
This is one of my favorite hikes. So much to explore, and such a beautiful area...
Restrooms are in decent shape, and parking is not bad. Trailhead by the parking area is currently under construction but doesn't hamper movement or ease of access. The trails are marked and signage is clear. The hike to the base isn't bad, but coming back up will give you a decent workout. The overview area is nice but the real magic is at the bottom of the fall, so if you can make it down definitely give it a shot. Very beautiful and isolated spot, especially if you time it right and nobody else is around.
Nice little place as if it were almost a little hidden spot to go. Most likely that the tourists are gone it is pretty empty. The water was freezing but a great swim. The falls flow pretty hard despite many other falls this time are running low.
